Kali Fitness
Added by popular demand, this is a unique fitness class that utilizes the techniques found in Filipino stick arts such as Kali, Arnis, and Escrima. You do workouts with sticks and hit things with sticks. This is an extended and modified version of the fitness component in the Kajukenbo Weapons class. It's a fun way of working out a little differently plus you learn some basic stick techniques that are used with many different weapons.
