Kickboxing Fitness
Our kickboxing fitness classes will help you get in shape, while having fun! It's bag work, exercises, stretches, and some yoga thrown in for good measure. A great way to reduce daily frustration and stress. Unlike other classes that have you go through the motions, we will teach you how to punch, kick, stretch, and exercise properly while working up a sweat. It's basically a kickboxing class without the sparring and lots of sweat and fun!
